Our goal is to ensure that your experience with our vault is as pristine as the cards you hunt for. Because the integrity of sealed products is the foundation of the hobby, we have established a transparent and fair return process designed to protect both the collector and the community.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival at your doorstep.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:
The item must be unopened and factory-sealed.
The original shrink-wrap, holographic seals, and security stickers must be completely intact and untampered with.
The item must be in its original packaging, including any outer branded boxes or protective sleeves provided by Trading Card Academy.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: To maintain the highest standards of authenticity and prevent “pack weighing” or “box searching,” we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, even if the cards inside are still in their wrappers. All sales of “Loose Packs” or “Open Box” items are final.
2. How to Initiate a Return
We’ve made our process straightforward to get you back to your hunt as quickly as possible:
Request Approval: Contact our dedicated support team at Support@tradingcardacademy.shop. Please include your Order Number and a brief explanation for the return.
Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Secure Shipping: Items must be sent back to our Hoboken headquarters:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages, Defective Items, and Errors
We take immense pride in our professional-grade packaging, but we know accidents can happen during transit.
Damages: If your hobby box arrives with significant structural damage that may have compromised the contents, please contact us immediately at +1 (513) 715-1007.
Wrong Items: If you received the wrong set or year (e.g., you ordered 2024 and received 2023), do not break the seal. Notify us immediately so we can exchange it for the correct item at no cost to you.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
We value your time and aim to resolve all financial transactions with speed and accuracy.
Inspection: Once your return is received at our Hoboken facility, our experts will inspect the seals to ensure the item is in its original, factory-sealed state.
Approval: We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and let you know if the refund was approved.
Refund Timeline: Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Store Errors: If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), Trading Card Academy will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
