1. Real-Time Inventory & Availability

Our digital vault is synced directly with our physical inventory in Harrison, OH.

  • Live Status: If an item is listed as “In Stock,” it is physically present in our vault and ready for dispatch.

  • Sold Out Items: High-demand releases often sell out within minutes. While we strive to restock popular sets, many of our “Grail” items are limited-edition runs. We recommend checking back frequently or contacting us at Support@tradingcardacademy.shop to inquire about upcoming allocations.

  • Pre-Orders: For highly anticipated releases, we may offer pre-order slots. These are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are guaranteed once your confirmation email is received.

2. The Ordering Process

Securing your items is designed to be seamless and secure:

  1. Selection: Add your desired hobby boxes or sets to your cart.

  2. Verification: Review your order details. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once they have cleared our Hoboken facility.

  3. Secure Checkout: Complete your purchase using our SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payments.

  4. Confirmation: You will receive an immediate automated email confirming your order and a secondary email once your tracking number is generated (typically within 1–3 business days).

3. Purchase Limits & Fairness

To prevent “market sweeping” and ensure that as many collectors as possible can enjoy new releases, Trading Card Academy reserves the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of specific high-demand items per customer or household.

  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed by automated “bots” or resellers intent on market manipulation.

  • Require additional identity verification for exceptionally high-value transactions to protect both the archive and the customer.

4. Pricing Integrity

The collectibles market is dynamic. While we strive for price stability, our rates are subject to change based on market value and distributor costs.

  • Locked Pricing: Once you complete your checkout, your price is locked. We will never ask for additional payments if the market value of a box rises while it is in transit to you.

  • Errors: In the rare event of a technical pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full, immediate refund.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping, please call us immediately at +1 (513) 715-1007.

  • After Dispatch: Once a package has left our facility, it falls under our 30-Day Return Policy. Please do not refuse delivery, as this can complicate the insurance and refund process.
