Welcome to the Trading Card Academy Help Center. We’ve compiled the 15 most common questions to help you get back to the game as quickly as possible.
Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process and pack orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
2. How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Combined with our processing time, most customers receive their cards within 6–10 business days.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your address. Please email support@tradingcardacademy.shop immediately with your order number.
5. My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, contact us and we will help you open an inquiry with the carrier.
Products & Authenticity
6. Are your cards 100% authentic?
Yes. We source all sealed products directly from official distributors (such as Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, and Ravensburger). Our “Singles” are inspected by experts to ensure authenticity.
7. Do you sell “Weighted” or “Searched” packs?
Never. We maintain the highest level of integrity in the hobby. All packs come from factory-sealed configurations and are never weighed or tampered with.
8. What condition are your “Single” cards in?
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, our singles are graded as Near Mint (NM).
9. Do you buy or trade cards?
We do! We are always looking for high-quality singles and collections. Please visit our storefront at 221 Harrison Ave for an in-person evaluation.
Pre-Orders
10. When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders are shipped on the manufacturer’s official release date. You should receive them within a few days of the launch.
11. Why hasn’t my in-stock item shipped yet?
If your order contains both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, we hold the entire shipment until the pre-order item is released. We recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.
12. Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date.
Returns & Store Info
13. What is your return policy?
Due to market volatility, we cannot accept returns on individual “Singles” or opened sealed products. Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
14. Where is your physical store located?
Come play with us at 221 Harrison Ave, Harrison, OH 45030. We have plenty of table space for games and trades!
