1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We exclusively serve collectors within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Preparation: Each hobby box is inspected for seal integrity and professionally packed with reinforced materials to prevent corner dings or transit damage.

3. Transit Times & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Free Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. While we guarantee our handling times, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or peak seasonal volume.

4. Tracking Your Hunt

The moment your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the carrier’s website or directly on our store’s tracking page.

5. Security & Insurance

  • Signature Confirmation: For high-value orders (typically over $500), we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your grail reaches your hands safely.

  • Double-Boxing: All high-value hobby boxes and cases are double-boxed as a standard safety measure.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@tradingcardacademy.shop
